| Given the combination of JCLC quotas and "camp" interest among Trask Cadets, program sponsored, for the third consecutive year, a second summer encampment at Camp Lee Ford in the Ridgeway/Martinsville area of Southside Virginia. The eleven (11) attending cadets rappelled, swam, boated, hiked, picniced and generally had a leisurely and educational outing. Event was made possible by the the Anchor Foundation of Martinsville, VA, headed by Mr Curtis Nolan, Mrs Laurie Boyd, the program's chaperone for this event, and SFC Quiles who drove, shopped, cooked, hiked, advised, and slept precious little over the course of these five days. |
